Shipping Policy
Last updated September 21, 2025 - Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on items where free shipping is specifically advertised within the product description. No shipping charge will be applied to an item that advertises free shipping in it's product description. 

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees start at $4.50 for USPS Ground Advantage for any item that does not specifically advertise free shipping. Shipping fees will be displayed for your review in your shopping cart before you finalize the check out process.

What Are My Shipping Options?
We use USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground shipping at our discretion. Shipping upgrades are sometimes available upon request. Contact us at Shop@prettypersonalgifts.com to explore a shipping upgrade.

Tracking
Tracking will be provided for all orders and will be sent to the email address you enter during check out.

When Will My Order Ship?
Estimated production times can be found within each product description. We do our best to adhere to these estimates and will contact you in the event of substantial delay. Production times may be longer leading up to major holidays. If you order multiple products that have varying production times, the longer production time may apply to the entire order. Contact us with any questions or special rush requests before ordering.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.

Order Delays
If a delivery is delayed we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of your options.
