Return Policy
Personalized Items:
•We generally do not accept returns on custom made or personalized items.
•Your order will be custom made to your specifications and typically cannot be resold to someone else if returned.
•If we have made an error on your order or there is a defect, we will replace the item at absolutely no charge to you.
•We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so please communicate any special requests to us at the time of your order.
Non Personalized Items:
•All returns need prior authorization
•Authorization must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the item by emailing shop@prettypersonalgifts.com
•Shipping charges are non refundable.
•Approved returns must reach us within 10 days of return authorization.
•We cannot assume responsibility for damaged or lost shipments that you send to us.
•We recommend that you insure your return package.
