Return Policy
Custom made or personalized items
As with most stores, we generally do not accept returns on custom made or personalized items. Your order will be custom made to your specifications and typically cannot be resold to someone else if returned. Of course if we have made an error on your order or there is a defect, we will replace the item at absolutely no charge to you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so please communicate any special requests to us at the time of your order. Please don't hesitate to ask us a question before you place your order.
Non Custom - non personalized items
We accept returns on some non personalized, non custom made items. Item must be in new condition with tags attached in original packaging. Please do not return any product without prior authorization. Authorization must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the item. Email:shop@prettypersonalgifts.com for approval. We are not able to assume responsibility for damaged or lost shipments that you send to us. We recommend that you insure your package. Please note that shipping charges are non refundable. Approved returns must reach us within 10 days of return authorization unless otherwise specified. Some non personalized items fall under our custom made category and are not be eligible for return.
