You may submit samples of fabric, bedding or photos. We can also work from internet photos if the details can be seen clearly. Computer monitors may alter colors as a result of individual settings. We recommend that you send us a color sample to work from for the closest possible match to your decor. This is optional of course.

Be sure to include any special instructions or requests with your order. A professional artist will design each wall letter just for you based on your instructions. It's imperative that you include all necessary information in your instructions. You may also opt to let the designer do what they think looks best with your decor.

Due to the popularity of our hand painted wall letters, orders are currently taking approximately 2 weeks to prepare for shipping. The turn around time may vary, this is just an estimate. This does not include holidays and shipping time. All designs and lettering are painted by hand. No projection or stenciling is used. We do not apply fabric directly to your letters. Letters are hand painted

We do not accept returns on personalized items. There will be a charge for any repainting and shipping unless there is a gross error on our part.
