Custom Order Return Policy
Custom made-to-order products are non-returnable. Your payment for our custom made products including bedding, diaper bags and nursery accessories is due in full when you place your order. No exceptions will be made to this policy. If there is an error made on our part, we will resolve the problem. We will not be held responsible for customer errors. Please double check spelling before ordering.

Our Workmanship Guarantee
We're proud of our quality and workmanship. Please inspect your products upon arrival. In the event of error in workmanship or design fabrication, we will work with you directly to quickly resolve the problem.

Delivery Time & Turnaround
Delivery times & turnaround vary from product to product. Some delivery times are noted on the order page for that item or in the description. Please note that orders placed before and just after a major holiday will generally take longer than usual due to high demand. Since our workload varies, we generally offer a window of time to allow for creation of your item. Please let us know if you have special turnaround requests. We're happy to help work with you to deliver your custom items more quickly, if possible. Please note that selecting overnight shipping will cut down the shipping time but it does not cut down the production time for an item.
