Why we ask for your time zone...
When we started this business 10 years ago we learned quickly that customers on the west coast don't like to be called at 9 AM Easter Standard Time which is 6 AM Pacific Standard Time. Knowing what time zone you are in helps us to avoid calling you too early or too late in the day. Our goal is to help you, not to wake you up!
