Dear Janine, I have recently received my 4th order from your company, this time a bracelet which I had ordered for my mam. Just to say, she absolutely loved it, she says it is like having a kiss around her wrist. It contains the initials of her two children and two grandchildren - and I think that was a lovely way to express what it means to her. I think that your company is fabulous, the customer service and quality of goods is first rate. The orders are always exactly what I could have hoped for and more. I am a RN and I work in the materinity ward at a local hospital. Recently a newborn in our care was wearing personalized outfit from your company while napping in the nursery. We had so many inquiries from people passing by about the baby's outfit that we had to ask the parents where it came from. We decided to post a note on the baby's bassinett that said "I got my outfit at www.PrettyPersonalGifts.com" because we got tired of answering the question and writing down your website address for visitors and other parents. The birthday plate I ordered just the other day has arrived and it is perfect! The color is exactly what I had in mind. I recently came across your mother bracelets in the Martha Stewart Kids magazine. I had been thinking about ordering one for my daughter for Christmas, but thought it was too late. Your designs are by far the nicest that I have seen so I decided to place the order with no expectation of receiving it in time as the 25th was quickly approaching. I placed my order just four days before Christmas and it arrived only two days later. What a nice surprise to find out that you offer an affordable overnight service. I noticed on several other websites that they stopped taking orders early in December. I must admit that I am impressed that you and your staff would work so hard just before the holiday so that customers like myself could place a "late" order and still get delivery before Christmas. I've been trying for days to get a follow-up e-mail out to you. You made two people very happy this Mother's Day! The Mother's bracelet you made for me is FABULOUS! I keep looking down at my wrist to steal glances throughout the day. It fills my heart with pride to see my kids names worked into this beautiful piece of art and I have been showing it off for the past week. The combination of beads is beautiful...sort of a shabby/chic look that I can wear with anything. As for my mother-in-law's bracelet, it took her breath away. Never before had she seen anything like it. She said she is going to wear it every day which is a huge compliment considering she doesn't wear much jewelry. She's excited to show it off to all her friends and as she shows it, she can tell a story about her 9 grandchildren as she talks about the significance of each birthstone.
